Toroidal Cores
Toroid cores are small MnZn-based soft ferrite cores, also known as ferrite rings or toroidal ferrite cores. They offer the benefit of high magnetic efficiency & high resistance to any external magnetic fields applied. Their cross-section area is uniform and they can have different coatings. We produce these toroid cores in lightweight and with an enclosed loop core.

Transformer Cores Lamination
The core is laminated to reduce these to a minimum as they interfere with the efficient transfer of energy from the primary coil to the secondary one. The eddy currents cause energy to be lost from the transformer as they heat up the core - meaning that electrical energy is being wasted as unwanted heat energy.

Transformer Assembled Cores
A transformer construction provides a magnetic circuit, known more commonly as the “transformer core”, which is designed to provide a path for the magnetic field to flow around. This magnetic path is necessary for the induction of voltage between the two input and output windings.

Sliting Facility and Slit Coils of CRGO & CRNGO
The slitting process is a crucial step in the production of electrical steel, including Cold Rolled Grain-Oriented (CRGO) and Cold Rolled Non-Grain Oriented (CRNGO) steel. Slitting involves cutting large coils of steel into narrower strips, enabling the production of customized widths tailored to the requirements of transformers and other electrical applications.

Core Coil Assembly
The core coil assembly (CCA) is the winding assembly on the core. This is a vital part of the transformer also known as the active part. The construction of the CCA is significant from the performance point of the transformer. The CCA defines the insulation scheme, cooling, dynamic withstand capability, handling.

Wound Cores
These cores are manufactured from selected coils of CRGO electrical steel to yield closely controlled electro-magnetic characteristics and dimensional accuracy. Cores are wound as loops (two halves with overlapping ends joined together to form loop in multiple layers of the wound core) after slitting is done as per the required shape depending upon the rating and specification of the transformer on design parameters on the wound making machines.

Potential Transformer
A potential transformer (PT), or a Voltage Transformer (VT) is an Instrument Transformer used to measure voltage. It is specially designed to maintain the correct voltage phase angle reference between the Instrument Transformer's source and output and excellent voltage regulation to obtain precise voltage measurements.

Current Transformer (Product)
A current transformer (CT) is a transformer used to measure current in a circuit. It produces a current in its secondary winding that is proportional to the current flowing in its primary winding. Current transformers are used in diagnostics, and metering in the electrical power industry.
